Dance and Fitness have always been passions of mine. I love the feeling you get when you allow yourself to be free and go with the rhythm and flow of the music. The process is therapeutic and encourages you to totally be present and in the moment, which helps massively with stress relief. After I got cancer (2017) I all but hung up my dancing trainers. However, in early 2020 I was convinced by several people to go back to what I love doing. I did and I am so happy I made that decision.

I love presenting urban dance fitness routines and teaching HIIT workouts in particular. Th dancing is fun and the HIIT workouts are so succinct and effective. I am qualified personal trainer, a Level 2 Exercise to Music instructor, Level 2 Gym Instructor, and a Boot Camp Instructor.

People says they love my sessions because they are varied, energetic and motivating. People have also made life-long friendships through coming to my classes and attending associated events. I believe some kind of magic passes through the air when we all come together.

Personally, working out gives me pleasure and I know that I am decreasing my chances of getting cancer again by working out regularly. Whatever your reason for doing it, give yourself high five for getting active as so many people do not.
