If you want to lose weight, get fit, improve your health and have fun whilst doing it, you are in the right place! Over the last 23 years I have worked with thousands of women motivating them through dance, fitness and personal development programmes, encouraging them to feel great about themselves. It helps that I am a qualified coach, so I know how to get people to demand the best form themselves.
I know how it feels to be overweight, unhealthy, unhappy and pretend to the world that I am living my best life. I did that for many years. It was only after I overcame my battle with breast cancer in 2017, that I learned the value of truly taking care of my health and fitness.
How it works
Team work makes the dream work so groups are made up of up to 6 people. They are small enough for you to still get individual attention but big enough for you to feel supported by a team.
Sessions are booked as a ten-week block. Obviously the more the you workout, the better your results will be. You can choose to exercise 1 – 3 times with me. All workouts are run via the online platform Zoom so you will need a device such as a laptop, tablet or phone to take part.
Our workouts are challenging but fun. To progress you will need some resistance. Working out from home, space is often limited and I want to ensure your safety. Therefore, I encourage the use of resistance bands, which are very highly effective and cheap to buy. However, if you already have weights, kettlebells etc, they will be fine to use also.
The beauty of small group training is they cost far less than 1-1 sessions. For a 1-1 session, you would pay between £40 – £50. Small group training costs just £25 per session and even less if you work out more than once a week.
All sessions must form part of a block booking as health goals need time to be reached. Payment is always made in advance and is taken via the website.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay in two or three instalments.
When do sessions take place?
Start date for 2021: Tuesday 5th January 2020
Sessions are available between:
Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6-7pm and Wednesday 8:15 – 9:15pm
Other days can be considered if there is a big enough demand. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
What happens if I can’t make a session?
If you are normally attending twice a week or less, you can attend on another day. If you are taking three sessions a week, we can add your missing session to one of the new group’s after your programme has finished.
Under what circumstances will refunds be issued?
Only in extreme and very rare circumstances will refunds be issued and these will be assessed individually but in general refunds are not given (provided I have been available to run the sessions).
What happens if you (Becks) becomes ill?
I will do my best to find a replacement instructor, if I cannot do this, I will reschedule the session.
